About CV Passport
CV Passport is a free online CV builder for people who apply for jobs in more than one country. You write your CV once, choose where you are applying, and the site lays it out the way employers in that country expect: the right paper size, the right personal details, the right length and the right wording.
Why it exists
A CV that works in Doha can hurt you in Toronto. Gulf employers usually expect a photo, your nationality and your visa status. In Canada and the United States, the same details are left out because hiring decisions must not be based on them. In France, a short "accroche" under your name is normal; in the UK, the same paragraph is called a personal statement. Most CV builders give you one template and leave these rules to you. CV Passport builds them in.
What you can do
- Write your CV in English, French or Arabic, with full right-to-left support.
- Switch between five country models: France, Canada, the Gulf (GCC), the USA and the UK.
- Choose from more than 60 templates, filtered by profession, age group and whether you want a photo.
- Import an existing CV from a PDF, a Word file or a photo, then edit it.
- Download a print-ready PDF and an editable Word file.
- Read our guides on formats, summaries, achievements and common mistakes.
