What to include

• A problem with the site: what you were doing, the country and language of your CV, and your browser or phone model. A screenshot helps a lot.
• An import that went wrong: tell us the file type (PDF, Word or photo). Please don't send a CV with personal details unless we ask for it.
• Your account or data: write from the e-mail address you signed up with. You can also delete your account yourself at any time; see how to delete your account.
• Ideas: new countries, templates or guides you would like to see.

Not a recruitment agency

CV Passport is a tool for writing CVs. We don't receive job applications or pass CVs to employers, so please send your CV directly to the company you are applying to.
